Just installing new Canon Maxify MB5060 Serial No. ATDW04068

Customer Question

Just installing new Canon Maxify MB5060 Serial No. ATDW04068
Installation gone according to instructions. Printer will not print from computer. Printer is asking for "letter' size paper. A4 is what we are using. Cassette is loaded correctly and the printer acknowledges A4 loaded. But as soon as I try to print from my computer the printer again asks for 'letter' size.

Hi there,

You will need to change the paper size to A4 within the printer settings.

I can assist remotely with this.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have done that
Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 1 year ago.

Did you do it within the software you are using, or within the print driver settings?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I went to the Canon utility settings
Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 1 year ago.

Can you attach a screenshot of the settings?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I got it on screen but dont know how to send to you
Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 1 year ago.

You should see a Send File or similar attachment option....

Cannot find oneThis is obviously not going to work so I will have to pack-up the machine and return it for credit
Expert:  Electronics Pete replied 1 year ago.

Ok, if it is still under warranty then that would be your best option.
