Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Does the printer both say 'error 6000', and does it also say 'Paper Jam' ?

Is there any paper within the printer, in the path the paper takes through the printer? Open it and examine it for such paper sheets or other material that might be in the paper path.

Let me know, and I will advise you further, hopefully to a solution to the problem.
