I have a Canon MG5250 and would like to know how to revert

Customer Question

I have a Canon MG5250 and would like to know how to revert to using its front tray because it says the rear tray is empty.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Canon is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Less than five years. Canon Pixma MG5250.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC with Windows 10.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's only happened today and there was only an error message when I tried to print saying the rear tray was empty. I'm not going to risk damaging the printer!
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That's all, thanks.
