I have just purchased a new printer EPSON WorkForce WF-2630

I have just purchased a new printer EPSON WorkForce WF-2630 and I cannot get it to print, the USB cable I purchased is Type A to B printer cable, the printer makes all the sounds of printer and the ink goes back and forth but nothing prints
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I have no idea how old it is because I only purchased it last Friday from Office Works, model EPSON WorkForce WF-2630 on the left hand side it has WiFi
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: taking it apart and putting all cables back together Westnet Techs could not

Hi there and welcome

When you put the ink cartridges in, did you remove the tape (usually yellow) that covers the contacts?

Can you remove the ink cartridges and check this please as it will stop it from printing.
