8620 Printer is printing multiple copies of a file that I do not need. How do I clear this file out so that I can print other things?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: it is an 8620 mayb e 2 years old?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing other than turning the printer and computer off several times. I do not know other options
