Welcome to, my name is Dustin.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are having, I will do my best to help you resolve it.

The Epson maintenance reset utility can be used to temporarily get rid of that message so you can continue printing.. You can read about the utility here.

You can download the utility from here..

Once you install and run the utility, it will reset the waste ink counters on the epson. And you will be able to continue to print. However, at some point the ink pads will actually be full and you will need to replace the printer itself. Here is a low cost option and here is a newer photo printer option.

Take note that the second printer, the xp 830 sells for 70$ cheaper on amazon then it sells for on the Epson website.

If you have further questions, let me know.

I strive to provide great service, and greatly appreciate a 5 star rating clicked and submitted when you are satisfied.. I always answer follow up questions.
