Hi and welcome to JustAnswer,

Thank you for the question and your patience. Should you still need assistance for information purposes only...

Initially, have you tried manually clearing the jam / stuck label?

Can you try clicking on the video link HERE.

I cannot reach it
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Video did not help. I see no tab to open back of printer
Expert:  Louie replied 11 months ago.

I understand it was meant more for a genera; idea.

For specifically the X5650, click HERE.

Still, can you have access to a pair of tweezers as it may help to reach the stuck label? ...please click HERE.

And a strong light.

Expert:  Louie replied 11 months ago.

This is an internal hardware issue requiring hands-on on the printer itself. Secure Remote Assistance would not be able to address this concern.

As posted above; specifically for the X5650, click HERE. Has these been tried?

The link you sent said to open back with notch on left side. I do not find a notch on left side. I can see the stuck labels (not attached to backing), but I cannot reach them with tweezers. So are you telling me you cannot help?
Expert:  Louie replied 11 months ago.

The question would be re-opened as I would rather opt out.

Still, good luck with the printer.
