Customer Question

I have a paper jam on my Imageclass D320. The paper ripped as I tried to remove it. Is there a way to get to the "Innards" of the machine to remove the paper?

Hi Bill,

My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question.

The easiest way to get the torn pieces of paper out is by using tweezers, or by manually sliding a piece of thin card through the machine and pushing it through to help dislodge the stuck pieces of paper.

If that doesn't work, then the machine will need to be partially disassembled.

Let me know how you get on.
Kindly rate my service 5 stars at the top of your question page if my answer worked so I am rewarded for my time; tips appreciated :)
