I am trying to connect my new PIXMA MG2560 to my computer.
JA: About how old is your Pixma?
Customer: I only purchased it today.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: My computer is an ASUS laptop. I do not understand the OS question. I'm new at this.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Someone else set up a previous printer for me. After a couple of years it caused too many malfunctioning problems so I bought a new one today and am trying to do it myself. The previous manual for an MG2260 is still installed on my computer.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have the printer working so it copies a document. I have the cable? USB? whatever ? to connect printer to computer. I want to print documents from the computer.
