I have a HP Envy desktop and HP LaserJet 1536dnfMFP printer.

I have a HP Envy desktop and HP LaserJet 1536dnfMFP printer. Relatively new purchases. The printer has an :offline problem, will not print, and advises to shut off and restart, which does no good. What is the problem and how can I fix same. Thank you.

OK, follow the steps below on your PC.

Click on the search icon beside the start button.

Type "Devices and Printers"

Click on "Devices and Printers" from search result.

Now, right click on the printer icon and select See What's Printing, a new window will open, let me know if you see any print job stuck on it or not ?
