I have a new hp printer 3830 and was trying to print something that has two pages and it will only print page 1. Hopefully there is. A answer.

Are you using a Windows PC to print from?

If so, prepare to print like this:

File - Print

and then in the Print settings, go to

Print Range:

and then make sure that both

Pages

are not set to '1', i.e. you are not telling it to print from Page 1 to Page 1 (i.e. only Page 1, period.)

The correct setting, at simplest, is to select

Print Range: * All

Does that get it working right?
