I do not have time consider your job well done, and I will work with all suggestions. Thank you
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: just recently when I attempted to download and print photos taken a week ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Used my old manual for MX850, obviously configuration not the same
