I have a HP Officejet Pro 8620. I changed the cartridge a short while ago and now I get an error message . I have three documents quered to print. 1. How do I delete them? and 2. How do I get the printer going. I have removed and replaced the cartridge twice.
I really need to complete my print job as I am working on bid sheets for a church auction tomorrow evening. HELP
