Welcome to Justanswer.com, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

For good measure, lets start by following these steps to check for any paper or document jams

http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?infoType=FAQ&oid=201986&foid=216349

Once complete, turn the printer off , unplug it from power. Wait one minute then plug it in and turn it on. If it still gives the same error.

Then next, lets try removing all the ink cartridges and then turning it off, t hen back on with the ink tanks out. Do you still get the same error or a different error?
