I have just bought a 450 label writer and I am having trouble getting it to work, I have connected it correctly but it will not print ,the light is solid blue. please help me before I throw it in the bin
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I only bought it a few days ago

Customer: I think I have tried everthing

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your interest I realised I had put the labels in wrongly It is working ok now so I wont be slinging it in the bin.
