I have an Epson stylus printer DX8400
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: DX8400
JA: Huh?
Customer: EPSON STYLUS8400.states'a printer error has occurred.Turn off the printer,then press On'
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I did as instructed and turned printer off and then on again but same message occurred message says see your documentation
