Purchased iP110 last week. good photo printing but normal

purchased iP110 last week....
purchased iP110 last week. good photo printing but normal written document from a pdf letter cannot do. For example booked Qantas tickets and cannot print pdf ticket or any its attachment. coloured icons are printed and headlines are very faint
Word document is no go either but all coloured icons etc are printed.
if the printer can only do photos it is waste of money
Can you help please?

As stated prints photos well!
documents No. but prints coloured items if in a document. Documents have only faint headings and the rest is blank or very very weak white gray subheadings cannot see it clearly without straining your eyes

well the printer came with the installation disk in the same parcel.

I have done what requested ie installed the latest drive and NOTHING has improved ie I still print pictures and nothing else. No documents are printed. words and not shown just icons if there are any.

that was easy basically it told me to that they have installed the latest version hence slow installation due to the "existing older version as it were.

I have done this so many times but one more time did not make any difference. Tried to print a Word document and NOTHING.
A blank sheet of paper come out.

OK. To better assist you, Sir or Madam. I need you to respond faster if possible.

Next. you purchased this Printer last week. It will print pictures but not a document. This is a driver issue. Let us uninstall the Printer Driver. Then I need you to acquire a Registry Cleaner to remove all traces of the Driver from your PC. Then you reboot at that point.

Your thoughts?

The key obsolete "(64F44AF95-3CDE-4513-AD3F-6D45F17BF324)"
Add to Ignore list
Now what or I chose wrong item to check??

Well I do not know that was only one entry as I described above. I have a feeling that we need to find all pertinent items re iP110 and that was no mention of it
Hence , that is why I asked whether I was asking for different item ie whether I commanded in right direction/

wait. UNinstaller has shown 281 entries and commands can be "repair" or Add to ignore list. I am not sure that I cann get anything by ignoring or whatever espcially now when list is given to reboot the computer.

Basically every item has a comment that "Value Default" seems not to be used so it does not seem to me that I should touch all items listed or I do not see the point or both.

no no. you got me wrong. I did not say that. I have asked you that question because in front of me is the note that if I want for another 55 I can switch to secure remote assistance . That was no accusation but a comment re the help given. I was polite but at the same time things are in front of me.

well I did search for canon and paid some money to help and then ... more money etc. do not know but this printer cost almost 500 AU dollars etc so I am not happy chappy!!!

well the printer came with the disk. and the first installation was with the disk. then you guys asked me to go to cannon site and download updates for the iP110. I've done that and here we are... not a printed word. BUT note a friend came and I have printed a glossy and a beautiful 4 x 6 photo. No problem!!! Very expensive printer and I cannot print my reports! :(
