I've just, after quite a while, replaced the ink cartridge

I've just, after quite a while, replaced the ink cartridge in My printer and i tried to print something and it said there was a paper jam...i ceared the jam which was ALL THE WAY IN THE BACK.... It was hard to get to, and it now is saying that a printer error has occurred to turn it off... like i said it had been sometime the printer was used and i cannot remember where the paper is supposed to come out maybe i have something blocked?? Unsure what to do now!! PLEASE HELP!!! LOL

Hi Elaine,

Try turning it off, wait about 10 seconds and then turn it back on to see if the error clears.

If not see Pg 50 of attached manual which shows how to deal with a paper jam.
