My 90 year old friend who lives in our retirement village

Customer Question

My 90 year old friend who lives in our retirement village has a Kodak Hero 3.1 all-in-one. She pushed the on/off button and it went into the machine at a 45 degree angle and she can not get it to come up. It does not turn on or off. What can I tell her to do?

Is the button in a position that it is sufficiently accessible that you could give it a poke with the eraser end of a pencil?

If so, please try that and tell me if it will come on. If not, let me know and I will advise further.
