OK please give me a moment to look up this model of printer.

When you say it won't print out, are there any errors associated with this? Or is it simply not printing?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

just blank pages
Expert:  Harold Hanna replied 1 year ago.

OK. And they are authentic cartridges? Does the printer say the ink cartridge is full or any other indication it is reading the printer correctly? Have you tried any builtin cleaning functions with the printer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
try all and the black shows full in the setup
Expert:  Harold Hanna replied 1 year ago.

You have done the clean nozzle option 3 times or so?

Expert:  Harold Hanna replied 1 year ago.

As you have tried different cartridges, I believe it is more likely than likely a problem with the nozzle being clogged. We can discuss several options for manual cleaning, but it is easier to attempt letting the printer fix the problem first.

is there manual way to clean ?
Expert:  Harold Hanna replied 1 year ago.

Yes that I what I am attempting to find.

Expert:  Harold Hanna replied 1 year ago.

It is slightly more complicated than normal because they didn't make it easy to remoe the print head.

Expert:  Harold Hanna replied 1 year ago.

This is a video it is somewhat complicated but shows how to remove the printhead

The next step would be cleaning it. You will let the print head sit on a damp warm paper towel mixed with isopropyl alcohol. Do not let this touch the electronic pieces of the print head. This will dissolve the ink that is clogging the printhead.

You can also use q-tips dabbed in isopropyl alcohol in an attempt to clean out any other areas where ink has settled.
