Hi, I can help with the printer issue.

The error indicates something wrong with the print head assembly.Try removing the ink cartridges and re-inserting them one by one. Then unplug the printer for 30 seconds and plug back in. This usually resets the printer error. If the error returns, then the print head has a malfunction that cannot be fixed by normal reset.Check if your printer is under warranty and you can get an exchange printer for it. Otherwise, it will cost to get a new print head replacement.
