Customer Question

April 25, 2016 I have a HP PhotoSmart M627 camera with 7 negapixels It requires 2 AA batteries and came with a sundisk l.0gb memory disc. I took it to Staples and was told that it was now obsolete and I couldn't use it. Is this true?

Hello, I am the person that will be helping you today. If the camera still turns on, it will work. It being obsolete just means that there are newer such devices out on the market. However, you can still use the camera. Are you having any issues with the use of the camera?
