I connect wirelessly although I do have a cable that I believe is a USB. No I do not want to pay the additional charge for secure remote assistance. If you cannot fix otherwise, please do not charge me.Tess

Hi, Can you setup wireless once again on your printer? Do you have Brother Control center installed on your computer? have you tried scanning using Control Center? Click Start, All programs, Brothers and select Control Center. Try scanniing using Control Center. Thank you.S H E F I N

Can you setup wireless once again on your printer? I just did a few minutes ago. Printing and copying work fine. The message seems to indicate that drivers are not being downloaded.Do you have Brother Control center installed on your computer? have you tried scanning using Control Center? I did have the Control Center and I did try to scan. It detect nothing. After the last uninstall and installation, the Brother Control Center did not appear on the screen but the printing still works.Click Start, All programs, Brothers and select Control Center. Try scanniing using Control Center.
