My Workforce 633 says "cannot recognize the following cartridge(s). Install them correctly. Y127/126
I have replaced this cartridge with a new one and the printer still says the same thing.

Hello Craig.Sorry to hear about your problem.What you can try is to remove the cartridge from the printer and then turn it off. Turn it back on and put the cartridge back. 98% of the time, the printer recognizes the cartridge after that.Please let me know if that works.
