I have a Brother MFC-9340CDW Printer which works normally

Customer Question

I have a Brother MFC-9340CDW Printer which works normally except when ! print Avery Labels. Then it prints the correct label at the top but as it goes down it gradually moves the printing up until the bottom label overlaps the label above. Avery tells me that it prints normally on their printer so it must be that my printer is not configured properly.
Can that be correct? If so please advise. It prints everything else fine. I print from three computers using different versions of Windows and it does the same with all three.

Hi Jock,

First, ensure you have the latest printer driver installed.

Let me know if that offers any improvement?
