Can you please try the following:
Turn on the printer if it is not already on.
On the printer device, touch the Wireless signal icon.
; the Wireless screen will display.
Touch the gear (Settings) icon .
Touch the option Wireless Setup Wizard, then follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wi-fi / wireless network name.; (Note: If you have wi-fi / wireless password ***** key, it is case-sensitive.)
If successful, then check printing from the computer.
