I have and HP Deskjet 3052a. I cannot print from my computer. It will print individually and scan. When I try to print it says no printer connected. Then when I try to connect it the computer local spooler not working. It says to go to Windows 8 starter, which I cannot find on my computer. I also cannot find my cd from the printer to try to reinstall. Any suggestions?
