Took my printer out of storage, new ink cartridges loaded, attempted to clean heads and perform print test, received "error" and "unknown error" messages in printer dialogue box, powered printer off and on a couple of times, restarted Mac a couple times, changed USB port, was able to get ink states report once, but now unable to bring it up, when did print test, did get message "no media", reset paper load

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Do you ever receive a specific error code/number?

No error code number. Just "unknown error"

Do you see any lights on the printer itself?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The paper light was flashing red. pressed button, appears to have resolved the issue. error message cleared. printing test sheets now. appears problem resolved. will recontact if any subsequent issues arise. thank you Nathan. (I think this one was a user error issue)

Thank you, I'm glad to hear it is back on track for you!

If anything does come back, watch the lights carefully as they should flash in a particular pattern to help us diagnose.
