I can understand your frustration, but as I cannot see your printer, I have to clarify the problem completely, so that I can help you. As you are getting blank pages, when you try to copy or fax is black, but you are not clarifying, if you are able to print in black from the PC or not, because without that fact, I will not understand the exact fault.
