Posted by JustAnswer at customer's request) Hello. I would like to request the following Expert Service(s) from you: Live Phone Call. Let me know if you need more information, or send me the service offer(s) so we can proceed.

Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

I can give you the number, but it wouldn't be any help. Your printer is many years out of warranty and not supported any longer.

Can you tell me more about the print problem?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It is only 1 yr. old.
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Are you sure you gave me the correct model number? The 810 is a 2009 model printer, so if you bought it a year ago it is very old stock.

Specifically, is it more or less than 12 months old?

I need to know what you mean by "doesn't print very well"?
Is it skipping lines? Giving a blank page? Streaks?
