I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your printer?

Is this a new printer? Or was it working previously?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

What happens when you install the printer's driver / software on the computer?

Can you disconnect power cords from printer and internet modem/router devices, then go to wi-fi/wireless setup menu on the printer again, then after selecting / connecting to your wireless network name, then enter your wi-fi/wireless password, then press OK/apply, etc., then what happens?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
