Hi there,

You will need to fix the cause of the error first.

Stuck paper is the most common cause.

Once corrected, restart the machine and the error will go away.

If you are certain that there is no paper stuck inside the printer, then the paper jam sensors may be faulty - these will need to be tested and replaced if confirmed as faulty.
