You just have to get it out. You can remove the ink cartridges to make it easier. You can usually remove the print head itself after you remove the cartridges by unlocking one level on the side or top and pulling it up and out. But the support for it will still be there and the paper is probably under that. Still it may give you enough room to poke it out with a thin screw driver

I was not able to remove the cartridge holder to get to remove the paper. this was a label paper and most lack ally one of the labels is under the head. I wll have to take it to a shop to have it removed. thanks

This page shows how to remove the print head but it may not do you much good

This is probably the best document on how to remove it but it mostly just says slide the print head out of the way. It's tougher if the labels are stuck to it
