Customer Question

I have a WF-3640 with an error code 0x9A. What do I do to fix it? I have checked for paper jams and tried turning on and off but so far I still have the problem.

Hi Peter,

The 0x9A error code indicates a paper jam, or possibly a carriage jam.

If there are no paper jams then it may be that the carriage is not moving properly.
Try pushing a piece of stiff card through the printer first to try and remove any fragments of paper or dirt that may be trapped inside, and let me know if that works...
