I want to PRINT saved documents from my Samsung Galaxy Note

Customer Question

I want to PRINT saved documents from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to my Canon PIXMA MG5420 All-In-One Printer. I cannot find support for this anywhere. When I purchased this printer from Dell, it was SOLD to me on the premise that it was *Cloud compatible* and I could download an app from Google Play, and print from my handheld device. This is NOT the case... in fact when I go in to the Canon Cloud site my Model Number is ***** on the list. I need help.

Expert:  Michelle replied 1 year ago.

download and install canon print app from play store and try printing

if that does not work,

as you are offline at the moment i am listing the steps to be followed

the steps are listed for the pc, but you can follow these steps on the browser of your samsung galaxyand on the printer

please click here for steps

in case similar screens do not show on the printer or browser for cloud printing options, you may follow the below steps

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. In a new tab, open chrome://devices
  3. You’ll see a list of devices already registered with Google Cloud Print, and new devices available on the network.
  4. Under "Classic printers,” click Add printers.
  5. You'll see a confirmation that Google Cloud Print has been enabled.
  6. once done follow the steps again that i listed in the link above previously
