Hi were you working with Michelle?

I can also help if you would like but for some reason that question appears closed.

If you would like my assistance, please send me the details on your printer issue so I can help you ;-)

Thank you

Tech Michael

I have an HP Officejet 9800. It has a built-in power supply. The power supply has a green indicator light on it. When I plug the machine in, the indicator light comes on. However I cannot turn the printer on. This appears to be the same problem the person in the post I referenced was having so I was looking for the other half of that post, if it was ever finished. If it was never finished, I would love to figure out how to get my printer working again.

Hi, thanks for all that info.

DO you have a meter for some testing?

ALso do you have any electronics experience?

Thank you
