It's a fatal error code, and means your printer is seriously in need of repair, to state a summary about it.

Several things can be tried for the problem. They may well not help, and the printhead and/or circuit boards in the printer may have to be replaced - or the printer remaindered as a whole, owing to excessive cost of repairing.

Does the carriage move when the printer is turned On again?

Can the printhead be popped out of the carriage (with the ink cartridges also removed), examined then re-seated into its place and tried again?
