I have a Cannon printer (PIXMA MX922) and I keep getting the error message that there is a paper jam. I have looked at the paper cassette, rear tray and side tray and I can't find any paper jammed anywhere. Can you help me?

Hi, I will be glad to help with the issue.

The problem is with the roller trying to grab the paper and needs to be cleaned.

Remove the paper tray and look under the printer for rollers that pull the paper from the tray when it is inserted.

Clean the rollers with a damp paper towel with water or Windex.

Then re-insert the paper tray and try to print.
