- For Windows computer: Open Control Panel, then open Hardware and Devices / Hardware and Sound (or open Control Panel, then open Printers...)

, then right-click on your Epson printer, then click on Printing preferences

, then click on the Maintenance tab at the top

, then click on the option Ink Cartridge Replacement

, then follow the instructions there for how to replace ink cartridge.

- For Mac computer: Click on the Apple logo / menu at the upper left corner, then click System Preferences, then open Print & Scan (or Print & Fax.)

, then click Options & Supplies, Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility
