Should i try to fix or just get a new printer?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Blogs say that there are new fixes for this unit - but since my computer can't locate the printer, how can I upload the "fixes"
Expert:  Joel Kalman replied 1 year ago.

The power switch latch becoming frozen is a typical problem with HP printers. It is related to ac power fluctuations in your home or office. The workaround is to unplug it. You also need to restart your computer from time to time.
