Hello and thank you for choosing JA for your support needs. Sorry for the issue. I must ask; Where did all of the inks come from Sir or Madam?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The inks were all purchased from authorized Epson retailers and none of them were aftermarket. It's most definitely not the inks, it's something else... I'm hoping that asking me about the inks wasn't what I paid you for... I need help solving this issue.

Hello Sir or Madam. Do you still have the inks that were just replaced?

Also, while I have your full attention. When you have a Cartridge Error on the screen. It means that your Printer has an issue with one of the Cartridges. Now we can do a RESET to see if that clears up the error, if not. It will be that one of the Cartridges has a problem that the printer is attempting to warn you about.
