After several years of enjoying fully an wireless HP

Customer Question

After several years of enjoying fully an wireless HP Photosmart 7510, and without having changed (consciously) any parameter, it starts printing fade, seems it does not use the black ink. All prints are yellowish-blueish, even if I just changed in new cartridges. I have also changed to optimal printing instead of Standard, both in the printer itself and at the computer...without success. The same problem is when I photocopy or scan and print.
I need help to solve this. could I find telephonic assistance?
Thanks very much

Hi there and welcome

As the first step, can you remove the power to the printer and wait 10 minutes (so disconnect it from the power socket).

Then after 10 minutes, connect it and try to print.

Tell me if it has then improved please.
