I am trying to setup my C4680 printer, but both the disk that came with the printer and the downloaded installer "stalls" when I try to enter the setup assistant. The program can't find the device until I check the "My device isn't listed" box, but then I get a window saying to contact HP for further help and it won't go any further. Any suggestions?
