"Ink system failure" this error message indicate failure of the printhead. It means the printhead is not working . The last solution for this problem is replacement of the printhead. Unfortunately, the printer model do not have user replacable printhead, which you can replace at home. You have to take the printer to any repair shop for the replacement. But, before that, you can try the steps below.

Remove all the cartridges from the printer.

Clean the gold contacts on the printhead inside the printer with a cotton swab damapened in distilled water.

Then, reseat the printhead and check the result.

If the problem persists then, follow the steps below to hard reset the printer.

Disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Wait for 10 mins.

Reconnect the power cord and check the result.

If this solution fails then, there is nothing left to do except replacing the printhead.
