Have a canon mp250 using ink reservoir system. Just topped

Customer Question

Hi, have a canon mp250 using ink reservoir system. Just topped up black which had run low but not dry. Printed ok for a 16 sheets then very patchy low quality print. Performed nozzle clean and deep clean 2x each with no effect.
Filled a page with black dots and attempted to print it to force good flow through nozzle, now I'm just getting P08 error 5200 despite having followed instructions on here regarding reset and power buttons. I got trying to update driver but it failed each of 3 times.
Any thoughts?
