My brother printer reads
Replace bk Toner but I have replaced all cartridges. I'm very frustrated . Can u please help?

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try a possible fix below:

  1. Make sure the printer is powered on.
  2. Press Fax button to make the numeric keypad visible.
  3. Press Home button to return to the main menu.
  4. Open the printer's front cover to reveal the toner cartridges.
  5. Press and hold the * (asterisk) key for five (5) seconds.
  6. The LCD should display a new menu.
  7. Select the cartridge you wish to reset. (Reset the K (Black) toner first, and check. If needed, reset other color toners.)
    • K = Black
    • C = Cyan
    • M = Magenta
    • Y = Yellow
    • STD = Standard Capacity Cartridge
    • HC = High Capacity Cartridge
    • SHC = Super High Capacity Cartridge.
  8. Reset? Will appear on the screen Select “Yes”.
  9. Close the printer's front cover.
