I have an Epson XP-810 all in one printer scanner.
This is the 2nd time I have had this problem and it was easy to fix but I don't remember how I fixed it.
I get the message that the scanner is not connected to the computer. It is connected and the printer is working fine. There have been some updates made to the printer scanner and I wonder if a setting was changed.
I don't think there is anything wrong with the scanner...I just think there must be some setting that got changed.
