Customer Question

What would cause a canon PIXMA MX410 series to jam after the first page of any fax??
The first page goes through without a problem.
If I use multiple page copying I do not have a problem with the pages jamming.

Hello and Welcome to Just Answer. My name is Michael.

My first suggestion is to update the firmware on this unit if available for your Operating System, here is the link from Canon:

http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx410#DriversAndSoftware

- Regarless of the Firmware update, it's recommended to Reset the MX410 back to Factory Settings. Try the Fax funtionality all over again and let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Thank You.
