I have been unable to access my Citibank credit card a/c since unauthorised payments were made to my account in July 2015.. This has now been resolved by Citibank. When I try to access Citibank Australia my password ***** ***** accepted when I log in because the site shows Citibank.Inc.US. After numerous calls to Citibank they suggested my problem was caused because I was using Windows 10 and not compatible with Citibank. My computer is not Windows 10. Is my problem related to my computer or is it the problem of the Citibank site. Your assistance would be appreciated. Sheila Armstro0ng
