I have a CanonMG6220 that isn't printing - Error code 300
i have unplugged the printer
plugged it back in, cleared the print queue, sent a new document - same error code.
Restarted the MAC - same results.
suggestions?

Could you please turn off/unplug your router for 2 minutes ?

After 2 minutes, replace everything back.

Md. Sadique - i have completed all printed instructions regarding trouble shooting the modem, intranet, printer etc and have re- installed the printer. i no longer have a problem.
